PJ Messtechnik GmbH is an accredited test centre in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and carries out tests worldwide for the approval of rail vehicles.
PJ Motion specialises in approval management in accordance with the 4th Railway Package and has extensive expertise in the field of operational and vehicle integration of brake testing.
EMC Rail Services GmbH focuses on EMC measurements. The company was founded in 2025 by Martin Joch and Udo Kappel.
RCC Railway Competence and Certification GmbH is an accredited inspection body in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065 and specialises in certifications and safety assessments.

PJM was founded in 2006. Around 90 employees (as of autumn 2025) ensure that everything is ‘100% Made in Austria’: R&D, hardware and software development, production and administration are all carried out exclusively in Austria.
